Our baking & packing process
At Kookie Haus, every single cookie is handmade with passion and then carefully packaged into our premium quality bags, ensuring your cookies always arrive fresh. We never use fake or artificial flavourings, creating an authentic taste experience. Our cookies are made with so much chocolate, making every bite a delight. We also have Vegan / Halal friendly options.
Delivery costs
We offer a nationwide flat delivery cost of $7.50.
Even better, enjoy FREE delivery on all orders over $100! Please note that even though we use a overnight courier, delays may occur within the postal system
Allow an additional 2 -3 days for rural addresses
Delivery days & cookie storage
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. If a public holiday occurs, your order will be sent the following business day. If you will not be home to receive your delivery, please let us know in advance a safe spot to leave your cookies.
Our cookies have a shelf life of 7 day, store in a cool dry place, away from direct heat. Cookies can also be frozen for up to 6 months, simply defrost at room temperature or heat them in the oven / microwave to enjoy that freshly baked taste anytime!
