Do you have a physical store?
No, Kookie Haus predominately is an online store but we do attend various events and markets across Auckland. Follow our social media for updates on where to find us!
Why is the only product I can order online, the Classic Chocolate Chunk cookie ?
While we understand it might be annoying having only one flavour to pick from, but its simply because our stuffed cookies are far to delicate to send in the post and at this stage we only have packaging made up for the Classic cookie, once we have designed our packaging for our next chunky cookie we will have another option and so on.
Do you deliver ?
Yes, we deliver nationwide for a flat fee of $7.50. If you order over $100 it's FREE delivery.
Do you offer gluten-free or keto products?
No, we no longer make gluten-free or keto cookies.
Do you have vegan options ?
Yes, we do! When ordering online please check the "dietary requirement" option and select Vegan. We also have other vegan options at our markets and events
Are your cookies Halal / Vegetarian friendly?
Yes, all of our cookies are Vegetarian and Halal friendly with the exception of the S'mores stuffed cookie as this contains beef gelatine in the marshmallow
